Discipleship
Our strong conviction here at RCC is that becoming more like Christ happens best through relationships with one another rather than through formal programs and special events.Our approach to discipleship is intentionally simple, focusing on an enthusiastic priority on hospitality and on urging attenders to find a home in one of our small group fellowships.
The Wednesday adult Bible study meets at the church at 7 pm (except the 2nd Wed of each month when we have a fellowship dinner (6:30 pm) and time of prayer afterwards.) Leadership of this Bible study rotates among several people.
Our Timothy Group meets on the 2nd and 4th Sunday evenings each month in the home of one of the participants. It is led by the pastor and focuses on mentoring and equipping potential and/or younger leaders for various roles in church ministry. It entails a rather serious commitment, so please speak with the pastor if you are interested in participating.
